BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
MARCH 21, 1995 4:30 P.M.

Discussion regarding sending out bid letters for our 1993-94 and
1994-95 audits. There are eight CPA firms in the Billings area who
are currently on the state's roster authorized to conduct audits of
local government entities.
Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Gay Easton, to solicit
audit proposals from the firms in the Billings area and open bids
at the April 18, 1995 Budget/Finance meeting and then make a
recommendation to the City Council on May 2, 1995. Motion carried.
The committee reviewed the letter and agreement from D.A. Davidson,
& Co, regarding the water revenue bond issues.
Don mentioned that MCI wants to talk to the City Council regarding
long distance telephone calls.
