CITY HALL MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman- Donna Kilpatrick Ron Marshall Gay Easton Bob Graham Don Hackmann OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Flisrand The committee reviewed the claims for April and recommend that they be paid. The committee will meet on Mondays and Thursdays, beginning Monday, May 8th, to review the 1995-96 preliminary budgets. The audit bids were discussed and the committee concurred with the recommendation of April 25th. Purchase requisitions were approved as follows: GENERAL FUND Maintenance agreement for 6 months on the FAP Boiler Swing seats and hooks for general repair of swings in all parks BIO T industrial cleaner for street crack sealing program Utility envelopes, computer paper Traffic accessibility study for Wild Wild West development Public relations fire prevention material Chain saw with carbide chain- Fire dept. Bunker pants, helmets, boots for Fire dept. Fire hose, bunker coats, bunker pants Two portable radios- Fire dept. Repair and exchange door locks on change house at Riverside Park- 4 doors Meadset, repair console at FAP Washed sand for parks Repair dictaphone at Police dept. Sign making supplies 6 bike shorts for Police dept.
