BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

Paul Strom, Sam Boggess & Associates
Paul Strom presented the 1993-94 Audit report.
Discussion regarding the audit comment about the city establishing
a policy for writing off bad debts, such as ambulance, etc.
The Budget/Finance Committee will work on this and a resolution
will be presented at a later date.
Discussion about charging a fee for a copy of the audit report.
Other governmental entities charge when someone requests a copy.
Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Ron Marshall to charge $ 5.00 for
a copy of the audit, when someone requests one. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 4 47 p.m.
