BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

Don presented a list of changes to the 1995-96 preliminary budget
and a copy of the letter of transmittal for the 1993-94 audit.
The committee reviewed the July claims and recommended that they be
paid.
Discussion regarding mailing a survey for the Study Commission. to
save money on postage, this could be done at the same time as other
notices are mailed with the water bills.
The next mailing of notices will be in October.
Purchase requisitions are approved as follows:
