CITY HALL MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman- Donna Kilpatrick Gay Easton Don Hackmann Ron Marshall Chuck Rodgers OTHER'S PRESENT: Dave Michael The Committee reviewed the November claims and recommended that they be paid. Discussion regarding closing out the FAP G.O. Bond issue. Ail the bonds and interest have been paid and the committee recommended to transfer the remaining cash to the Storm Sewer G.O. Bond Sinking Fund, per M.C.A. 7-7-4274. Ron mentioned that the holding room at the FAP needs maintenance at a cost of about $800.00. This is a safety item and should be done. A budget transfer from other line items will be necessary to get this accomplished. Dave reported that the transmission on his pickup went out today. Purchase requisitions were approved as follows: General Fund Books for Library Lasercat subscription for Library Books for Library McCann Fire Consulting services 7/1/95 to 12/31/95 Annual air pack test- Fire Dept.
