Discussion regarding the purchase of a locking storage cabinet for
the Treasurer's office.
Discussion regarding setting up a capital projects fund for the
cemetery. A resolution will be presented at the April 2nd Council
meeting.
Don received seven copies of the 1994-95 audit report which was
distributed to the committee. The auditors will give a report at
the April 16th Council meeting and more copies will be available at
that time.
Dave reported that the preliminary cost to date, as of Sunday
night, for the water intake project was $68,561.95.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
