The Committee reviewed the following 1996-97 preliminary budgets.

PERS
COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE
POLICEMAN'S INSURANCE
EMPLOYEE HEALTH INSURANCE
AIRPORT AUTHORITY
FIREMEN'S RELIEF
TOTAL MILLS SUBJECT TO 1-105
STORM SEWER BONDS AND INTEREST

This is a decrease of 3 mills from 1995-96.
Storm Sewer G.O. Bonds, Snow Removal, Sanding, Street Maintenance
Fund- since this fund involves all street maintenance including
some sweeping the Committee recommended~to re-name the fund tol
Street Maintenance Fund.
Gas Tax Fund
Sweeping District
Streets- General Fund
Light District #2 (residential) recommended the same assessment as
last year.
Light District #3 (commercial area)- due to a sufficient cash
reserve it was recommended to decrease the 1996-97 assessment
by 25%.
