BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
MAY 6, 1996 6:30 P.M.

The committee reviewed the following 1996-97 preliminary budgets:
Ambulance
Fire Department
Fire Inspector- The committee recommended a permanent
part-time position for 16 hours a week instead of a
contract.
Firemen's Relief- Assess 2 mills again this year.
Discussion regarding needing additional revenue to
make the retirement fund more stable due to recent
retirements and the potential of more retirements
in the near future.
Airport Authority- 2 mills
Treasure
Study Commission
