OLD COUNCIL CHAMBERS MEMBERS PRESENT: OTHER'S PRESENT: Chairman- Donna Kilpatrick Gay Easton Ron Marshall Bud Johnson Don Hackmann Dirk Kroll Andy Loebe Dave Michael Don distributed the overtime list for PPE 7-25-96. The committee reviewed the July claims. Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Bud Johnson, to recommend that they be paid. Motion carried. Discussed travel costs for employees. It appears to be getting more difficult to get a motel room for $40.00 anymore, especially during certain times of the year. The committee will study this further before making any recommendations. Purchase requisitions were approved as follows: GENERAL FUND Magazine subscriptions for Library Medical supplies for ambulance Tumbling- summer recreation program Six dry chlorine and testing chemicals pool Spreader for extrication- Fire Dept.
