BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
OCTOBER 23, 1996 4:30 P.M.

Discussion regarding the Study Commissions proposed city charter
and the mill levy. The 65 general all purpose mill could not
increase without a vote of the people, however other mill levies
could still increase.
Jim reported that there are more concerns about hydraulic problems
on the garbage trucks. Estimated cost of repairs is $2800.
The committee approved a purchase requisition in the amount of
$766.17 for gas for police cars and the animal control vehicles.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:51 p.m.
