BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

The Committee reviewed the November claims and recommended that
they be paid.
The Committee reviewed the overtime listing for pay period ending
11-25-96.
Discussion regarding a payment method for the new fire truck.
Becket Fire Equipment Co. has proposed a 5 year lease/purchase
agreement at an interest rate of 6.29%.
Don will check with Becker's for another proposal with a beginning
period lease payment instead of an ending period payment. Also,
the local banks will be contacted for a loan proposal.
Reviewed a resolution regarding the renewal of an agreement with
Wagner's Financial Services for the administration of the IRS
Section 125 plan.
Reviewed a format for a new monthly financial report.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
General Fund
Replace three door closers at City Hall $ 550.00
Gas for police department and animal
control 622.09
Replace ballasts at FAP 841.11
One lot books and books on cassettes
(purchased from Library donations) .1,082.64

12" valve and valve box
Eight inch flanged gate valve and one
inch backflow preventor
