The Committee met to discuss the financing of the new fire truck.
A bid was accepted on November 19th from Becker Fire Service,
Casper, Wyoming, in the amount of $169,979.00. It was determined
that a down payment of $36,000 could be made and the balance would
be financed.
Becker's would finance the balance at 6.29%. Bids were accepted
from Yellowstone Bank at 6.20% and First Security Bank at 8.75%.
Discussed financing the balance for four or five years.
Motion by Bud Johnson, seconded by Gay Easton, to recommend
that the amount of $133,979.00 be financed for five years and to
accept the bid from Yellowstone Bank. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
