Discussion regarding bullet proof vests. This is a budgeted item
in the General Fund and a purchase requisition was approved for 5
vests in the amount of $2,299.35.
Discussion regarding cellular telephones. Mike Zuhoski and Rick
Musson have their own personal phones that they use when they are
on duty. They would like to have some arrangement with the city so
they can get a government rate, thereby saving themselves about
$25.00 a month.
They use the phones about 80% business and 20% personal. Bud feels
it should either be police or personal, but not both. Mike will
bring more information to the next meeting and this will be
discussed further.
Reviewed a resolution authorizing agreement with Yellowstone Bank
to finance the new fire truck.
Reviewed a resolution authorizing the renewal of an agreement with
Wagner Financial Services for the administration of the City's IRS
Section 125 plan.
Reviewed the overtime listing for PPE 12-10-96.
Discussed the monthly financial statement for November.
Discussion regarding the 1997-98 budget calendar and departmental
goal setting for the next budget year.
Discussion regarding the advertising for a new Chief of Police.
Discussed transferring cash to the Capital Projects Fund.
