--Subject:- CTEP-funcf-obligatior;/expenditure -one-year extension
We have reviewed your request for a one-year extension as it relates to the obligation
and/or expenditure of CTEP funds. Your requested extension is approved for the fiscal
year 2001 (ending September 30, 2001).
Extensions approved for the expenditure of funds are not based on individual projects
but rather on the amount of funds allocated to your jurisdiction for a certain time period.
For example, the time period ending September 30, 1998 the expenditure amount is
based on the first three years total allocation. Next year it is based on the first four years
allocation and so on for each successive year.
