The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Office
of Thrift Supervision invite you to participate in our Montana Community Partners Roundtable. These
roundtables are held twice each year and provide a forum for the discussion of community
development issues.
The second set of roundtables for 2000 will convene in Billings on Wednesday, November 29, and in
Helena on Thursday, November 30. The sessions will focus on the shortage of affordable housing in

addressing the state's affordable housing shortage.
The attachment to this letter provides details about the roundtables. Please register for the roundtable
that is most convenient for you. If you are unable to attend, feel free to extend this invitation to
another representative from your organization. There is no charge for attendance.
