Looking for possible guest, Lisa Hartman, Business Associates
We are still looking for an advisor from Downtown Economics
Heidi looking for a possible intern from MSUB career services in marketing or re- branding but no
response as of yet. We need to decide if we get an intern interested how many hours per week and
how much will we pay? She says the mayor will have a report on internship next meeting and what is
reasonable hours per week and pay rate. No new apps for Facade Improvement or Tech Advisor needs.
Shirley McDermott will call Big Sky EDA about their new intern.
Herzler Apts. Have been purchase and may need help from Randy.
The Chamber should be involved and even create involvement of business with LURA
We need to explore a revolving loan fund with local bank /s and the Chamber
We need to look for a business person to lead contacts to LURA, to market and to carry out an intern's
ideas
We should have a committee to meet with school officials about the "gym floor" matching fund idea
Judy said she would work with the "Outlook" to have them report on weekly activity and have a
community calendar.
The next meeting is October 15, 2012
