at 11:00 pan. on April 15th, 2024

Approval of Minutes — No minutes to approve, we will approve April I" and April 151" at next meeting
New Business:
I .Review and Approval of RFP — we didn't have to approve the RFP since we did it at the last meeting. Cami turned that
into the city council to prepare for Tuesday workshop on 4/16/2024
2. Review Proposed Budget— we will table this until after we see what we need for a coordinator and project details.
3. City Council Workshop — April 1611' @ 6:30pm — Kurt will prepare for a simple presentation
