I .City Council Workshop - April 2nd ... The Meeting on the 16th we want to simply educate, offer a small packet, financial report and budget
2. TIF Coordinator Consultant Position — we reviewed and added details of the RFP

4. Budget Amendment — Kurt will provide and email out the budget by Friday
5. Progress on Work Plan — nothing to report
