BE IT ORDAINED by the
that Section 17.B8.050 of
hereby amended to read as

17.88.050 TO THE LAUREL
Council of the City of Laurel
the Laurel Municipal Code is
follows:
Section 17.88.050 Before taking action on an application
for Special Review, and after presentation of the Zoning
Commission's report, the City Council may hold a public hearing
on the application.
The Zoning Commission may recommend to the Council whether
to hold a public hearing or not.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
January 2 , 198 5 , by Alderman Carter
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 15 day of January , 198 5
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after
final passage by the Laurel City Council.
