ORDINANCE NO. 796
ADDING SECTION 10.24.040 E, VIOLATIONS,
OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel
that Section 10.24.040 E is hereby added as follows:
Section 10.24.040 Parking at Curb -- Emplacement of Signs.
E. Violations Anyone violating the posted sign provisions
permitted by this ordinance, or violating the provisions
of Subsection D relating to applications, issuance~ and
display of special parking permits, shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor which shall be punishable as set forth in
Section 1.16.020, L.M.C.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
January 2, I985, by Alderman Meyers
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 15 day of January , 1985.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage by the Laurel City Council.
