AMENDING SECTION 13.04.100, WATER METERS REOUIRED,
OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, that
Section 13.04.100 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 13.04.100 Water Meters Required. All users of water
lying outside the City limits shall be required to have a meter
installed upon their line and pay according to the metered water
that they use.
All residential and commercial users of City water within
the City limits shall be required to install a meter and to pay
according to the metered water they use.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
March 5, 1985, by Alderman ~yers
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 19th day of March, 1985.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
