ORDINANCE NO. 800 AMENDING SECTION 17.76.010A TO DELETE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY RE©UIREMENT FOR OFF-STREET PARKING, OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that Section 17.76.010A of the Laurel Municipal Code be amended as follows: Section 17.76.010 Requirements. There shall be provided at the time of erection of any building or structure minimum off-street parking accommodations meeting the provisions of this chapter. A. Loeation- off-street parking facilities shall be located as hereinafter specified. Where a distance is specified, such distance shall be in walking distance measured from the nearest point of parking facility to the nearest point of the lot that such facility is required to serve. The off-street parking shall not be located across a major or minor arterial or collector street except at an intersection with a traffic control device directly between the two properties. Off-street parking rules remain the same on the rest of A-1 through 5 and B through M. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on March 5, 1985, by Alderman Carter.
