ADDING SECTION 15.44.021, BOARD OF APPEALS
SHALL BE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, TO THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
there is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code Section
15.44.021 to read as follows:
Section 15.44.021 Board of.Appeals Shall be Board of
Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment of the City of Laurel
shall constitute the Board of Appeals provided for by
Section 205 of the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Laurel City
Council on May 7, 1985, by Alderman Carter
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 21mt day of May , 1985.
This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after final
passage.
