AMENDING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE
CEMETERY COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that the adopted rules and regulations of the
Cemetery Commission as approved under Ordinance No. 767
are hereby amended to add the following:
The City is not responsible or liable for any
damage to monuments, markers, or plots caused
by or resulting from vandalism or accidents
involving third persons.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
May 7, 1985~ by Alderman Meyers
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 21st day of May, , 1985.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after
final passage.
