BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows: WHEREAS the Laurel City Council voted to conditionally approve the zone designation of RMH (Residential Mobile Home) on the fol- lowing described premises: NzNE,'-, Section 15, T2S, R24E, PMM, Yellowstone County. The property is located SW of intersection of Strauch Road and Round- house Road lying south of I-90, Laurel, Montana; and, WHEREAS the aforesaid described property is within the juris- diction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board and is in the best interests of the City of Laurel; and, WHEREAS public notice and public hearings have been held, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel does conditionally designate the zone of RMH (Residential Mobile Home) on the following described premises: NZNE,'-, Section 15, T2S, R24E, PMM, Yellowstone County, located SW of intersection of Strauch Road and Roundhouse Road lying south of I-g0, Laurel, Montana, SUBJECT TO the requirement that the proposed plat of Pine Grove Subdivision to be located on the said premises is finally approved by the City Council within three (3) years after the date of final passage of this ordinance. If the said final plat is not approved by the City Council within the three (3) year period, then this zone change on the above described premises reverts to the original zone of agricultural, and this ordinance shall be null and void and of no force or effect. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on May 21, 1885, by Alderman Marvin Carter. PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 4th day of June, 1g85. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final passage by the Laurel City Council. ATTEST: Donald L.
