HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 809 ORDINANCE NO. 809 DESIGNATING HC ZONE AND CHANGING THE LAUREL ZONING MAP. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows: WHEREAS, the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board recommended to the Laurel City Council to approve the zone desig- nation of HC {Highway Commercial) on the unplatted area remaining between Village Subdivision, 2nd Filing, Highway #10~ Maryland Lane and Milwalkee Road, Yellowstone County, a copy of the Plan- ning Board's recommendation attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the aforesaid described property is within the jurisdiction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board and is in the best interests of the City of Laurel; and, WHEREAS, public notice and public hearings have been held, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel does designate the zone of HC (Highway Commercial) on the unplatted area remaining between Village Subdivision, 2nd Filing, Highway #10, Maryland Lane and Milwalkee Road, Yellowstone County. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on June 4, 1985, by Alderman Meyers. PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 2nd day of July, 1985. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final passage by the Laurel City Council. ~lbert Eh~lick, Mayor
