AMENDING SECTION 8.16.020, OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE~ TO PROVIDE FOR THE SETTING OF GARBAGE FEES
FOR NON-CITY RESIDENTS BY RESOLUTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, that
Section 8.16.020, is hereby amended as follows:
Section. 8.16.020 No.n-city Residents Garbage Fees.
1. The City Council shall from time to time by resolution set fees
for the depositing of household garbage at the City landfill by
non-City residents, and the same may be changed from time to
time in the Council's discretion by further resolution.
2. The fees for depositing all other types of garbage, trash, or
rubbish shall be in accordance with demolition fees as established
by resolution of the City Council.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on June 4,
1985, by Alderman Meyers.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by
the Mayor this 18th day of June,
