CLOSING PORTIONS OF SOUTH 1st STREET IN THE
CITY OF LAUREL TO ALL UNAUTHORIZED PEDESTRIAN
OR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 10.54.010 of the Laurel Municipal Code
is hereby amended as follows:
Section 10.54.010 The following portions of the public
streets of the City of Laurel are hereby closed to all unauthorized
pedestrian or vehicular traffic:
1. South 7th Avenue from the alleys in Blocks 2 and 3, to
South 1st Street, and namely South 1st Street from South
8th Avenue between Blocks 3 and 4, to the alley in Block 2,
West Laurel Subdivision, Laurel, Yellowstone County, Montana.
2. That portion of South 1st Street lying south of Block 1,
West Laurel Subdivision, between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue,
Laurel, Yellowstone County, Montana.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
July 16, 1985, by Alderman Kellogg
PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, this 6th day of August, 1985.
This ordinance effective 30 days after final passage.
