DESIGNATING RMF ZONE AND CHANGING THE
LAUREL ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows:
WHEREAS the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board
recommended to the Laurel City Council to approve the zone
designation of RMF (Residential MuIti Family) on Lots 1, 2
and N 45' of B, Block 3; Lots 1 and 2, Block 1; Lots 1, 2,
3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 2; Magnus Subdivision, a copy of the
Planning Board's recommendation attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS the aforesaid described property is within the
jurisdiction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board and is in the best interests of the City of Laurel; and,
WHEREAS public notice and public hearings have been held,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel
does designate the zone of RMF (Residential Multi Family) on
Lots 1, 2, and N 45' of 3, Block 3; Lots 1 and 2, Block 1;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 2; Magnus Subdivision.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
July 16, 19857 by Alderman Carter
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 6th day of August, 1985.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
