BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
pursuant to Section 70-16-302, MCA (1983),
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 16.02.020 Restrictions on Use of South Pond.
ORDINANCE NO. 815
SECTION 16.02.020, RESTRICTIONS ON USE
POND, TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
City of Laurel, that
the Laurel Municipal
1. Swimming in South Pond is hereby prohibited.
2. Ail motorized and power boating on South Pond
prohibited.
3. Any person who violates the
ordinance shall be punished
of Section 1.16.020, L.M.C.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
July 16, 1985, by Alderman Brennan
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 6th day of August, 1985.
This ordinance shall be effective
final passage.
