DESIGNATING RMH ZONE AND CHANGING THE
LAUREL ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows:
WHEREAS the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board
recommended to the Laurel City Council to grant the zone designa-
tion of RMH (Residential Mobile Home) on Lot 3A Amended of
Westbrooks Subdivision, Yellowstone County, Laurel, Montana,
pending approval of a final plat within three years, a copy of
the Planning Board's recommendation attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS the aforesaid described property is within the
jurisdiction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board and is in the best interests of the City of Laurel; and,
WHEREAS public notice and public hearings have been held,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel
does designate the zone of RMH (Residential Mobile Home} on
Lot 3A Amended of Westbrooks Subdivision, Yellowstone County,
Laurel, Montana, pending approval of a final plat within three
years.
Introduced at a regular ~eeting of the City Council on
Sept~ 3, 1985, by Alderman__ Me~yers
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this day of , 1985.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
