July 3, 1997
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was
held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Chuck Rodgets at 5:02
p.m., on July 3, 1997 to approve the activities for the 4th of July celebration.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT:
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:
Miles Walton
Donna Ki]patrick
Norman Orr
Bud Johnson
Gary Temple
Dirk Kroll
Gay Easton
William Staudinger
Motion by Alderwoman Kilpatrick to approve the Fourth of July activities
which include the street dance on July 3rd; the pancake breakfast, the remo~e
radio broadcas~ from Fireman's Park, the Kiddies parade, the Grand parade~ the
barbecue and activities in Thomson Park, and the fireworks and laser display,
all on Friday, July 4th, seconded by Alderman Walton. Motion carried 6--0.
The meeting was adjourned at
5:04 p.m.
