ORDINANCE N0. 821
DESIGNATING R6000 ZONE AND CHANGING THE
LAUREL ZONING MAP..
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows:
WHEREAS the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board
recommended to the Laurel City Council to conditionally approve
the zone designation of R6000 on Lots 1--3, Block 14, and Lots
5--13, Block Cherry Hills Subdivision, 2nd Filing, Laurel,
Yellowstone Coun Montana, located on the south side of Maryland
Lane and adjacent 13th Avenue, a copy of the lanning Board's
recommendation attac d hereto; and,
WHEREAS the afore id described proper is within the
jurisdiction of the Laur -Yellowstone C' y-County Planning
Board and is in the best i terests of he City of Laurel; and,
WHEREAS public notice nd pub c hearings have been held,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 0 ED that the City of Laurel does
designate the zone of R6000 n Lots 1--3, Block 14, and Lots
5--13, Block 13, Cherry lls S bdivision, 2nd Filing, Laurel,
Yellowstone County, M tana.
Introduced at regular meeti g of the City Council on
September 3, 1985 by Alderman C ter
PASSED by he Laurel City Counci and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 17th day of September, 1985.
This o dinance shall become effecti e 30 days after final
passage b the Laurel City Council.
