ADDING SECTION 10.70.030, PENALTY,
TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 10.70.030 is hereby added to
the Laurel Municipal Code, to read as follows:
Section 10.70.030 Penalty. Any person violating any
provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall
be punished as set forth in Section 1.16.020.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
November 6, 1985, by Alderman Dickerson
Passed by the Laurel City Council and approved by the
Mayor this 19th day of November~ ~85.
This ordinance shall become effective 3~ days after
final passage by the Laurel City Council.
