BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that the Laurel Zoning Map is change in part as follows: WHEREAS, the Laurel-Yellow tone City-County Planning Board recommended to t e Laurel CityrCouncil to approve the zone designation of RM on Amended Lot 27A, Lot 27A-1 and 27A-2, Nutting Brothers Su division„'3rd Filing, Yellowstone County, MT., located at the outheast corner of 8th Street and Mull- berry Avenue, Laurel, copy of the Planning Board's recommen- dation attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the afores id described property is within the jurisdiction of the Laur,e -Yellowstone City-County Planning Board and is in the bes~ i terests of the City of Laurel; and, WHEREAS, public n tic and public hearings have been held, NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RDAINED that the City of Laurel does designate the z ne of R H (Residential Mobile Home) on Amended Lot 27A, Lo 27A-1, ak~d 27A-2, Nutting Brothers Subdi- vision, 3rd Filing, Yellowstone County, MT., located at the southeast corner o 8th Street-'and Mullberry Avenue, Laurel. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on January 7, 1986, hiy Alderman Meyers PASSED by thy: Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 21st day of January, 1986. STRISSEL & MICHAEL L. STUDER having petitioned for a zone designation of RMH on the following described premises: Amended Lot 27A, Lot 27A-1 and 27A-2, Nutting Brothers Subdivision, 3rd Filing, Yellowstone County, MT. At a meeting of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board held on December 12, 1985, after public notice and a public hearing having been held, the Board recommends to the Laurel -City Council that the petition for a zone designation of RMH in the above matter be granted. ,: .
