ADDING SECTION 11.13.010, DUMPING
SNOW ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED,
TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, that
Section 11.13.010 is hereby added to read as follows:
Section 11.13.010 Dumping Snow on Public Property Prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for the owner, operator, tenant or other
person in charge or control of any private property to blade,
dump, or shovel, or to allow the blading, dumping, or shoveling
of snow from said property into any public street, alley, or
right-of-way.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Laurel City Council
on February 4, 1986, by Alderman Meyers
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 18th day of February, 1986.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after final
passage.
