ADDING SECTION 11.13.100, PENALTIES,
TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, that
Section 11.13.100 is hereby added to read as follows:
Section 11.13.100 Penalties. Every person convicted of
a violation of any provision of this chapter shall, upon
complaint and conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in
Section 1.16.020.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Laurel City Council
on February 4, 1986, by Alderman Meyers
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 18th day of February, 1986.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after final
passage.
