REPEALING SECTION 15.40.030 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
PENALTY OF MECHANICAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
Laurel, Montana, that Section 15.40.030 of
Code is hereby repealed.
Introduced at a specia~ meeting of the City Council on
April 17, 1986 by Alderman Meyers ,
and passed on first reading the same date.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 6th day of May , 1986.
