AMENDING SECTION 15.16.030 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 15.16.030 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 15.16.030. Penalty. Any and all penalties in
the Uniform Plumbing Code are replaced by the following penalty
provision: Any person violating a provision of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in
Section 1.16.020, Laurel Municipal Code.
Introduced at a special meeting of the City Council
April 17, 1986 by Alderman Krug
and passed on first reading the same date.
