AMENDING SECTION 15.52.030 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE UNIFORM SIGN CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 15.52.030 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
the Uniform
provision:
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth
Section 1.16.020, Laurel Municipal Code.
Introduced at a special meeting of the city Council
April 17h 1986 by Alderman Collins
and passed on first reading the same date.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by
Mayor this 6th day of Msy , 1986.
Section 15.52.030. --Penalty__. Any and all penalties in
Sign Code are replaced by the following penalty
