ADDING SECTION 15.06.030 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE CABO ONE AND TWO FAMILY
DWELLING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 15.06.030 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code, to read as follows:
Section 15.06.030. Penalty. Any and all penalties in
the Cabo One and Two Family Dwelling Code are replaced by the
following penalty provision:
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished
set forth in Section 1.16.020, Laurel Municipal Code.
Introduced at a special meeting of the city Council
April 17~ 1986 by Alderman Meyers
and passed on first reading the same date.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by
Mayor this 6th day of May , 1986.
