ADDING SECTION 15.33.020 OF
UPDATE REFERENCES TO PART II,
STANDARDS CODE
THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE, TO
UNIFORM FEDERAL ACCESSIBILITY
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 15.33.020 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code, to read as follows:
Section 15.33.020. Updating references
to uniform
federal accessibility standards code. Part II, unifozm federal
accessibility standards, described in Section 15.33.010, is
amended by the additions, deletions and modifications set forth
in the following sections of this chapter.
Introduced at a special meeting of the city Council on
_April 17, 1986 by Alderman Kilpatrick ,
and passed on first reading the same date.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 6th day of May , 1986.
