ADDING SECTION
PENALTIES FOR
ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS CODE
15.33.030 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
VIOLATIONS OF PART II, UNIFORM FEDERAL
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 15.33.030 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code, to read as follows:
Section 15.33.030. Penalty~ Any and all penalties in
Part II, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards are replaced
by the following penalty provision: Any person violating a
provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be
punished as set forth in Section 1.16.020, Laurel Municipal
Code.
Introduced at a special meeting of the City Council on
April 17, 1986 by Alderman Kilpatrick
and passed on first reading the same date.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by
Mayor this 6th day of May , 1986.
