AMENDING SECTION 5.36.040 BEER RETAILER
FEE OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE 1T ORDA1NED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.36.040 Beer Retailer Fee is amended to read as
follows:
Section 5.36.040 Beer Retailer Fee
Al The license fee to the City for any unit of a nationally
chartered veteran's organization doing business as a beer
retailer shall be $31.25.
B. The license fee to the City for all other persons doing
business as ~ beer retailer for the year July 1, 1985, to
June 30, 1986, and for all subsequent years shall be
$200.00.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
May 20, 1986, by Alderman Meyers
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 3rd day of June,1986.
