ORDINANCE NO. 884
AMENDING SECTION 5.36.060 ALL BEVERAGE
RETAILER FEE OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.36.060 All Beverage Retailer Fee is amended to
read as follows:
Section 5.36.060 All Beveraqe Retailer Fee
A. The license fee to the City for any unit of a nationally chartered
veteran's organization doing business as an all beverage retailer
shall be $312.50.
B. The license fee to the City for all other persons doing business
as an all beverage retailer for ths year July 1, 1985, to
June 30, 1986, and for all subsequent years shall be $406.00.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
20, 1986, by Alderman Dickerson
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
day of June,1986.
