Thank you for your letter concerning payment to Audio Visual Educational
Sys -ms Inc. for a projector. A warrant was mailed February 11, 1981 in the
amc it of $899.25.
I was not informed or contacted in January that a collection agency
wo d be handling that account. The first I heard about this outstanding
pu !hase order was from your letter to Mr. Boggess.
We mailed out a purchase order to AVES the end of July, as to date we
hE a not received the signed purchase order back from the vendor. With the
it tallation of a new accounting system we have not had time to follow up on
or standing purchase orders.
I am sorry this matter took so long to clear up.
