SALARY OF THE CITY JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 2.16 ~'20 of the Laurel Municipal Code is
hereby amended as follows:
Section 2.16.120. Salary of the City Judge. The salary of
the City Judge shall be Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty
Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($14,588.00) per year paid semi-monthly
and he shall receive a fringe benefit of the regular group health
coverage supplied to City employees.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on July 17 , 1990, by Alderman Kilpatrick
, and passed.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 7th day of August
