ADDING SECTION 16.68.015 TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, TO PROHIBIT PUBLIC PARKING IN RESERVED
PARKING SPACES ADJACENT TO LAUREL CITY HALL ON
THE WEST SIDE OF THE ALLEY LYING BETWEEN FIRST
AVENUE AND SECOND AVENUE AND RUNNING FROM WEST
FIRST STREET TO WEST THIRD STREET, RESERVED
PARKING FOR CITY HALL EMPLOYEES.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 10.68.015 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby added to read as follows:
Section 10.68.015. Reserved Parking Spaces at City,Hall-
Parking by Non-City Employees Prohibited. The following
described parking spaces are reserved for the exclusive
use of City employees working at City Hall between the
hours of 7:00 o!clock a.m. and 6:00 o'clock p.m., Monday
through Friday, inclusive. Parking of vehicles by all
other persons is prohibited.
1. Reserved parking spaces located on the west side of the
alley adjacent to Laurel City Hall, said alley running
from West First Street to West Third Street, in the middle
of the block between First Avenue and Second Avenue,
said spaces as posted for City Hall employees.
This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on 3une 19, 1990 , by Alderman Orr
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 3rd day of July , 1990, upon motion
by Alderman Collins
APPROVED by the Mayor this 3rd day of
1990.
