REPEALING SECTION 2.04.080 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
COUNCIL MAY ABOLISH OFFICE.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 2.4.080 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on June 5 , by Alderman Marshall ,
and passed.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 19th day of June
by Alderman Collins
