AMENDING SECTION 2.08.010 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, QUALIFICATIONS OF MAYOR
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by
Laurel, Montana, that Section
Code is hereby amended to read
Section 2.08.010.

2. The Mayor shall reside within the corporate limits of
the City throughout his term of office.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
